10. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

14. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

15. ARBITRATION

All disputes between you and the Casino arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao and in accordance with Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules.

16. GOVERNING LANGUAGE

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency with translated versions.
